Description of the training program (training course)
This course aims to help the target group to distinguish the details of advocacy between its practical and theoretical reality and the impact of practical reality in creating theoretical reality and preparing it in the personality of the trainee, as this is done by presenting the most prominent and important axes of advocacy in theoretical reality, as well as in practical reality and its concepts and what it includes of scientific conclusions and foundations that build its practical guidance to the legal market.
General objective of the training program
Prepare the target group practically and theoretically with the nature of advocacy work.
Detailed objectives of the training program
At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:
· List the concepts of the practical reality of advocacy and its practice.
· List the methods of building the legal personality and refining its skills.
· Mention the formulation of regulations and regulatory memoranda and the difference between them.
· Mention models of pleadings and the reality of pleading in courts
· Theoretical exercises on the material for the proposed process, such as writing a legal memorandum.
· Legal simulation of judicial pleading in Saudi courts.
· To practice the experimental writing and preparation of legal documents.
· Review models for discussion on legal writing.
